About The Holk Bros.
The Brothers Holk is a three-piece band made up of three brothers: Scott, John, and William. The oldest brother Scott, is the drummer of the band. The middle brother, John does vocals for the band. The youngest, William, does everything from singing to playing guitar, keys, bass, and producing the music.
The brothers are originally from Florida, and in 2018, both Scott and William moved to Nashville. At the start of 2020, John joined his brothers and moved to Nashville.
Each brother has been heavily influenced by music since childhood. Scott started drumming at 11. He played in garage bands and worship bands throughout high school and college and even went on two tours with a metalcore band after graduating from college. John has been singing since he was 4, and he still sings to this very day. Check in tomorrow to see if he still sings. William has also been singing since he was 4, he started playing guitar, bass, and keys in middle school, and he lost his Krispy Kreme gift card. So if you find it, please let him know.
Their music draws inspiration from various genres given Scott’s metal and alternative influences, John’s hip-hop and pop influences, and William’s soul and R&B influences. They hope to draw in audiences with their musical creativity and technical capabilities, while also encouraging their fans to find hope and joy that transcends just the band and its music.
The Brothers Holk released their album, “Repilot,” earlier this year.
